Goods once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged, other than DOA cases.
DOA claims are applicable only for one week from the date of delivery of goods.
The item is tested for physical damage at the point of dispatch and it is the duty of the buyer to check the physical condition of goods before taking delivery.
All goods consigned at the buyers’ risk and we are not responsible for any loss, damage or pilferage in transit or at customer place.
As a seller, we shall have the right to repossess the goods in the event of the customer not paying the full amount.
Warranty is provided by the respective supplier/manufacturer/importer (hereinafter called as “vendor”) only and it is buyers responsibility to verify exact warranty terms of concerned vendors before making the purchase.
Goods sold are covered with a carry-in warranty against manufacturing defects only as per the vendor’s warranty policy. The claim period may extend up to 30 days or more depends on the vendor’s warranty support.
Warranty coverage stands void for damages caused due to mishandling, improper handling, electrical problems, natural disasters, etc., Goods sold will be accepted for warranty repair / replacement only if they are in good condition. Goods with broken pins, burnt parts, missing or tampered components will be considered void of warranty.
For a product with more than one year warranty, the company may levy a nominal fee for getting warranty support to cover labour and transportation charges.
Goods are sold as per items mentioned in the invoice. No operating system or other software are installed or delivered unless it was clearly mentioned in the invoice.
We recommend customer to use original software only. We no way shall be responsible for any legal software installed in the equipment’s supplied by us.
No party can waive responsibility on grounds of ignorance of the terms and conditions.
The court of Erode shall have exclusive jurisdiction for deciding any disputes arising out of this sale.
